Lovers: dunno yet

Enemies: Anyone who is against the Military, and her friends. She wouldn't like them she doesn't like anyone who does burglary as well. She especially don't like homunculi at all.

Hm, well... they're only a year apart, they both live in Central, and they both support the military (Anneliese is a private only because she's a secretary). Perhaps they could be friends?

Well, since you want to plot with Ed, it'd only be natural for her to at least be on friendly terms with Al.
I don't know how much interaction they'd have, as Al is in Resembool and Catherine is in Central, but perhaps they could correspond?

I see Luke and Catherine being friends. He totally sticks up for himself, his friends, what he believes in and all that jazz. He's also big on treating women properly so Cat would probably be good pals with him. I sort of see them already knowing one another since Luke lives in Central. Perhaps they even grew up together? That would kind of sweet.
