Though his title includes Prince, he is not actually a prince - his mother was the sister of the current king, leaving him a "prince of blood", which is of a slightly lesser rank than the immediate royal family, though still higher than other nobility. As for signing up, his display name can be "Monsieur le Prince ----" or "Monsieur ----- of Creta" or "M. Prince ----- of Creta" He could have a serious girlfriend (or even a wife) or he could be looking for one, but he is definitely not one for one night stands.
