Jean made sure that he got to the cafe in plenty of time. He wanted to be there waiting for her when she arrived. After a long, grueling session, he took a shower and dressed in a nice pair of black khakis, a black dress shirt, and he even tried to get his hair under control- with limited success. He ordered a black coffee for himself and took a seat outside the cafe so he could see her coming. This wasn't a date, why was he so damn nervous?

Rebecca Catalina knew how to win men over. It just seemed that there were no men worthy of the time and effort that it would take. (Though she'd be the first to admit that she did use her feminine wiles to get what she wanted, including a week off to visit Riza in Central). So when Havoc had said that she would be the one who wasn't going to be able to resist him, Becky had decided that she was going to charm him. She'd get him to the point where he was begging her to let him take her out for dinner.
Part of that included being late. Not terribly late, mind you, just late enough to worry him and make him realise how horrible it would be if she didn't show. So, that's why, at quarter of four in the afternoon, she strolled down to the café all dolled up. She had to hand it to herself, she looked amazing. And the dress she was wearing… well, she knew that Havoc was more of a breast guy than anything, and she was certain that he'd be unable to resist her in that dress. She might not even have to try, she realised, painted lips forming a small smirk.
Becky quickly turned the smirk into a small smile when she spotted him. No need to let him know just yet that she was planning on driving him crazy. Oh, he looked nervous. She had to fight the smirk that was threatening to show itself on her face again. This was going to be easier than she thought. She slowly walked over to where he was sitting. "I haven't seen you in a while," she said, sitting down and making no mention of why she was late. "Hope you didn't wait too long for me, Havoc." Of course, she meant the opposite, and she didn't care if he could tell or not. This was going to be fun.

Jean kept looking at his watch. Half past... twenty minutes till four... quarter till four... where was she? He had already finished a couple of cups of coffee. At this rate, he was going to be floating away before she got here. He had just started to begin to think that she was going to stand him up, when he saw her coming down the road, looking absolutely STUNNING. "Damn..." He muttered to himself. She had to have chosen that dress to show off those boobs of her. That was unfair. He tried not to look nervous as she approached, even giving her a friendly nod of greeting, but his heart was racing, he just had to hope that he wasn't sweating. "It has been a while." He replied, trying to look and sound suave. "Of course, I would wait forever for a pretty gal like you." Jean put on his most charming smile.

Rebecca smiled. He could hardly keep his jaw off of the floor. So far, so good. This might even be easier than she'd thought. At this rate, all she'd have to do is sit there and he'd melt into putty. But she wanted to have fun with this, and sitting there looking sexy wasn't as much fun as what she had in mind.
Havoc's tone didn't fool her. Becky pouted. "Oh, I'm just pretty?" She made it sound like a terrible insult, and, to some extent, it was. She'd taken extra time to look sexy today, damn it. There was no way that he was getting away with merely calling her pretty. "I'm so offended that I'm not sure that I should even bother sitting down." She wasn't that offended, of course. She wanted to mess with Havoc, and she wouldn't get that chance if she left.
Under normal circumstances, she would expect the man she was meeting - even if it were just for coffee - to pull out her chair for her. However, seeing as it was Havoc, and he couldn't exactly walk with ease for something so trivial, she pulled out her own chair and sat down. "How are you?" she asked him, batting her eyelashes a bit. She was going to get him.

Damnit, he wanted to be the gentleman, get up and pull the chair out for her, but he still had trouble standing, it was very slow going to learn to walk again. This wasn't going well, and he needed to find a way to stop this before he screwed up before it even began.
"Oh, more than beautiful. I just didn't want to embarrass you. " He backtracked. "You look stunning, breathtaking. " He tried to pour on the charm to win her back. "Please, sit. I promised you a coffee. What would you like? I'll go in and get it." He wanted to show her that he could still do the normal things, like get a drink for a girl he liked.
He sighed when she sat down. "Well, I feel a lot better now that you are not going to leave and are going to share a coffee with me."

Rebecca forced her smile to stop from turning into a smirk as Havoc panicked. Damn right she looked stunning. Well, more stunning than she normally did, which was saying something. "That's more like it," she said with a nod. Though she didn't say anything, she did appreciate Jean's offer to get her drink himself. "I'll have a macchiato," she told him, "assuming this place has it." She had been to a few cafés where they didn't have macchiatos, which didn't really bother her.
Becky grinned at his relieved sigh. Had he really thought that she would leave? "That's good." She nodded slightly. Though it would have been funny to see his reaction if she had pretended to walk away, she was glad that she was already having such an effect on the man. That being said, he was being very nice, so far... even if he kept staring at her chest. It wasn't like she hadn't planned it that way. She wondered if she could call him out on it. His reaction would be amusing, to be sure. Still, she decided to let it wait for the time being. There would probably be a much better opportunity to call him out on his staring.
It seemed like now would be the time to start some small talk of some sort. "So... what have you been up to?" she asked in as sultry a manner possible (her amusement at the situation made this more difficult than it normally would have been). She batted her eyelashes at him a bit and moved so as to subtly show off more of her amazing cleavage. There was no way that she wasn't going to win this. She could just sit there with her cleavage and he'd completely turn into putty. Hell, she wasn't so sure that that wasn't what was happening right now. She settled on waiting for proof that she'd completely won him over.

Jean nodded his head. "One macchiato it is." He rolled away from the table and a few minutes later came back with a macchiato for her and another black coffee for him, sitting in his lap, between his legs. He handed her her drink then situated himself at the table again and smiled over at her.
Don't stare at her tits, don't stare at her tits... he kept trying to tell himself. he really did try, but damn, they were so round and shapely and... crap.. he had to stop before parts of him started to wake up. The table would hide him but he didnt want to take a chance.
"Honestly, right now, my whole life has to do with getting back on my own two feet, literally." He chuckled and took a sip of his coffee. "How about you? I be the east is a boring place. You should come back to Central. This is a pretty hopping place to be. And I know Hawkeye would like having you around.
So would I, he thought to himself, but he didn't say it.

Half the guys Becky had gone out to coffee with expected her to get her own coffee if there was no one to wait on her. It was pleasant, but not very surprising, to find Havoc more than willing to go inside and order her macchiato for her. Especially since he couldn't exactly walk yet. At least... if the wheelchair was any indicator... not well enough. She took the macchiato, flashing him a rather sexy smile before taking a sip. Hm... it was good. Not the best macchiato she'd ever had, but not bad, either.
She contemplated calling him out on staring at her breasts now, but... she had to admit that she enjoyed the attention. Besides, a little more flaunting and he'd be wrapped around her finger. She crossed her legs and sat up a little straighter, flashing him an incredibly sexy smile that she couldn't be sure that he could see, given that his eyes were all but glued to her chest.
Rebecca gave Havoc a charming smile at his words. "I see..." she murmured. "I hear that you're doing pretty well with that so far, Havoc." What could she say about herself? He was right; the East was boring. "I've been working, mostly, though there's really nothing to do. Any crimes in East City are so petty that I really don't understand why they even need intervention." She sighed. "Well, if only Riza wants me to transfer to Central, that's not much of a welcoming committee. I'll have you know that if I get transferred, I fully expect a big welcome to central party. And I don't mean just Mustang's team. I mean big," she informed him. Of course, that wasn't going to stop her from attempting to get a transfer, it was just going to piss her off a bit when she got there.

Jean had been planning to wait, but he carefully pulled back away from the chair, grasped the handles tight after locking the wheels, and stood up. "I am doing alright." He said with a smile. But he started to strain right away, sweat beaded on his forehead, and he had to sit back down.
"Sorry, can't do too much yet, but that is somethjing I have wanted to do for a year and a half. I forgot how different the world looked at six foot four" He laughed. He looked at her with a soft smile, forcing himself to look at her face. He couldnt mess this up.
"I am from the east. I was in East City for years. It is a pretty boring place. That is why you should come back here. As for a party, would you rather a big party or something more.. intimate?" wow that had been not too subtle, but that was Jean, about as subtle as a sledgehammer.

Becky had to admit that she was impressed. Granted, it had taken the better part of the year, but everyone had known that it wasn't going to be as easy as, oh, learning to see again. Still, she couldn't be bitter toward Mustang. It was obvious that the man cared more about his subordinates than he did for himself (which was a lot more than you could say for most commanding officers). After all, Mustang didn't have to help Havoc at all... actually, if Becky remembered correctly, Havoc would have died that night without Mustang.
Rebecca shot him a smile. "That is great though." Wow, now he was actually looking at her face? She wondered how long that would last, with her dress showing off her breasts the way it did, and Havoc being who he was. "I don't have anything nearly so impressive to offer as an accomplishment, aside from my promotion last year." Which she damn well deserved, thank you very much, even if some of the men in the East didn't think so. Becky looked at Havoc again and briefly wondered if she'd missed the opportunity to call him out for staring at her cleavage for the rest of the day. She sure as hell hoped not. That would be fun, damn it, and she deserved some fun.
Becky laughed. "Pretty boring? Havoc, I swear that's half the reason Mustang has so much support over there, because it was something productive to do." She wasn't being entirely serious, and she hoped that he realised that. She knew that Mustang had a good goal, and that he'd make a good leader. She just couldn't stand his personality nine times out of ten. "Oh~?" she asked. "What did you have in mind for something more intimate?" Becky gave him her absolute sexiest look at that comment.
