You can either get along with her, or hate her. There really isn't an in-between. And because she's not used to having people refer to her as their 'friend', if someone just came out and asked her if they could be friends she'd probably openly question their sanity. Friends are nice to have, but she's accustomed to just having her family, and doesn't go out and set herself to looking for friends. Even if she did, she'd be a completely lost cause, so just doesn't do it and gets by by not thinking about it. Of course, I'd love for her to have friends. ^.^ So let me just describe her a little bit more to you.... Abby is one of those people who just doesn't really use her head. She's very stubborn, and the only thing she ever really is any use for her brain is when she's fighting. And even then, you can't really count it as 'thinking', because she acts off of pure instinct. Abby is the youngest of four siblings, giving her the gift of little patience for much of anything. She doesn't really particularly like children, never mind the fact that the law considers her to actually be one, and is very easily annoyed. As such, she is mostly seen yelling at someone or taunting some thug. Yeah...she doesn't have the intelligence to actually avoid a fight.... She doesn't set out and look for them, but she won't decline a challenge and once that starts she would actually bait the challenger. Of course, this being said, its not like she's a fan of violence. Complicated, I know. Just wait, it gets better.[/style] |

A lot. She doesn't support violent acts, and actually doesn't particularly like wars or the military. However, since her oldest sister is in the military, Abby tolerates them. She just can't stand it when innocent people who can't defend themselves get dragged into things. In fact, Abby would actually defend them. And being that she can use alchemy, she has a back-up plan in case Plans A-Y don't work. And yes, alchemy is and always will be her last resort, and she wouldn't use it against someone who couldn't use alchemy. As such, she doesn't consider herself an alchemist, not like her oldest sister Zakuro who is a State Alchemist. And yes, I'm babbling at this point. Point is, she makes numerous enemies. Thugs are people that she will actually pick a fight with just for the hell of it, unless she just doesn't feel up to it, but if they're being bullies forget. Their toast if she catches them. As said, she tolerates the military presence in Central and really just the military as a whole, but only for Zakuro. Individuals are not safe if they pick a fight with her, especially if they're Alchemists, as then she will use her alchemy gladly if push came to shove. She also will tolerate children, she just doesn't like them. And probably never will unless their the quiet, withdrawn type. At least then they're not climbing all over her and such. [/style] |

BAHAHAHAHA! *clears throat* So.... Lovers would be more than amusing for Abagail (*snickersnorts*). Because she's such a spitfire, and a oblivious one at that, she would never own up to her feelings. Even if the other person did, it would still be awhile until she said anything definitive -- she's an actions speak louder than words person if you couldn't tell, so cornering her into a kiss or something would really be the only way to tell with any degree of certainty. Albeit, that is also potentially very detrimental to your health. I have some awesome plots for her in my mind, one being that she ends up with a military guy because that would just be too ironic. Personality wise, I think it would be most amusing to see her with someone who is either just as fiery as she is, likes to tease her, or is just a total pushover. She doesn't go for flirts, and is actually more prone to rough them up if necessary to get them to leave her alone, but that's only if they're really pushy and touchy. I absolutely love drama -- the more the merrier! -- so just feel free to run any ideas past me. She's only sixteen, but she's about five feet and six/six-and-a-half inches, so she doesn't look too, too young. Average heightish. [/style] |

Even if they do fight a lot...and probably nearly kill each other frequently as there will always be rivals like that...there are also the healthy rivals who push you to want to strive to be a better person. And while Abby doesn't really have the capacity in her brain to analyze that, she operates mainly on instinct and that's mostly impulsive. So a rivalry could end up being healthy for both parties, she just wouldn't realize it. Just...don't mention Calvin.... Ever. [/style] |
